Say Hi to Ben

Run With Me was developed using a design thinking approach that included user interviews, prototype testing and an iterative design process.

Problem Statement

Process

Research

User interviews yielded three distinct personas; The Problem Solver, The Maverick, and The Apprentice.

Definition

User research and a competitive analysis yielded insights that informed the project plan.

Objectives

In a highly competitive market success will be measured by frictionless usability and an experience that inspires loyalty.

Key Performance Indicators

Love and lasting connections. Success will be indicated by habitual use, followed by advocacy and increased adoption.

Development

The development process included a series of stages in which the design could be tested and refined, including;

1) Paper prototype

2) Wireframe prototype

3) High fidelity prototype

Visual Design

Following user testing I refined the wireframes and embarked on the visual design which provided an opportunity  to enhance the usability and add an emotional layer to the content.

After completing the visual design I created another prototype and continued to test and refine the experience.
